Terms and Conditions of Hire

1. The hirer must fairly and fully represent the purpose for which the function room is required. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation of the function at any time by Bottesford Town Social Club. Under no circumstances may the hirer sub-let or further offer to hire any of the area booked. 2. The time agreed on the booking form at which the event must finish must be strictly adhered to. All guests must have vacated the premises within 20 minutes of the specified time, leaving quietly and respecting local residents. No glasses are to leave the premises.

3. Hirers must ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the stated capacity limit for the area hired. This will be agreed with the bar manager when booking the room.

4. The hirer must specifically agree with Bottesford Town Social Club and adhere to the precise type of entertainment to be provided.

5. The hirer will be responsible for keeping proper order and ensure that all persons attending the event behave in a seemly manner and comply with the instruction they may receive from any of the Bar Staff.

6. Bottesford Town Social Club does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any articles or persons brought into the premises by the organisers or their guests. This includes the car parking area.

7. No alterations may be made to the layout or appearance of the room except for removable decorations and seating layout.

8. The costs of repairing any damage caused to the property, or its contents by the hirer, organisers or their guests must be reimbursed to Bottesford Town Social Club by the named hirer. 9. Strictly no food to be brought on to site, other than what has been provided by Bottesford Town Social Club.

10. Strictly no smoking or vaping on site, any guests who fail to adhere to this will be asked by bar staff or management to leave site

11. You agree that anyone on site consuming alcohol, will be able to provide proof of age and support Bottesford Town Social Club with its Challenge 25 policy.

12. Only alcohol purchased on site is to be consumed within the premises. Anyone consuming alcohol purchased from an external source will be asked to leave the site.

13. Anyone suspected of consuming drugs on site will be advised to leave the site. N.B the bar manager has the right to refuse the purchase of alcohol to anyone on site and if necessary to curtail the event without refunds
